eliminating potential leakage hazards from traditional connection methods and achieving leapfrog upgrades in both internal

and external sealing performance of the valve. The valve body is carefully selected from high-quality steel pipes or A105

forgings, and through precision forging and strict testing, it ensures that the valve body is free of defects such as sand holes

and air pockets, completely eliminating leakage risks. This design not only significantly reduces sealing maintenance costs

in engineering construction but also greatly shortens the construction period by minimizing hidden danger inspections in

installation and debugging, providing efficient and safe solutions for energy transmission projects.

Product features:


1. Fully Welded Body: Integrally welded to eliminate external leakage, with a compact structure for easy installation.

2. Low Torque Operation: Equipped with PTFE self-lubricating bushings to minimize friction, ensuring effortless opening

and closing.

3. Double Block and Bleed (DBB): Allows discharge of media from the valve body when closed under pressure, ensuring

safety.

4. Dual Piston Sealing: Both valve seats are pressure-actuated for sealing; if the upstream seat leaks, the downstream

seat automatically engages to stop leakage.

5. Reliable Sealing: Floating seat + spring preload, combined with particle-resistant composite seals, achieves zero

leakage and adapts to various working conditions.

6. Emergency Sealing System: - Inject sealant to repair damaged seals under pressure. - Clean and lubricate sealing surfaces when handling particulate media. - Bottom check design prevents leakage from the valve base.
