Product description

As an upgraded alternative to traditional gate valves, the soft-seal gate valve achieves excellent sealing performance

through the compensation mechanism of micro-deformation of the elastic gate. Its remarkable advantages include:

light and flexible switching, strong sealing reliability, excellent elastic memory function, and long service life. This valve

is widely suitable for fluid pipeline systems such as tap water, sewage, construction, food, electricity, medicine, metallurgy,

and light textile, and can be used as an efficient regulating and opening/closing device.

 

The gate plate of a gate valve is equipped with two sealing surfaces, commonly in a wedge-shaped structure, with the

wedge angle determined by valve parameters. Wedge-type gate plates are divided into integral rigid gate plates and

slightly deformable elastic gate plates. The latter can optimize processing and compensate for angle deviations in the

sealing surfaces. As a replacement for traditional gate valves, soft-seal gate valves achieve efficient sealing through the

micro-deformation of elastic gate plates. They offer advantages such as lightweight opening/closing, reliable sealing, and

long service life, making them widely applicable to various fluid pipelines. In rising stem gate valves, the stem moves

vertically with the opening and closing of the valve, as the drive system converts rotational motion into linear motion.

When closed, the gate plate seals with the valve seat to cut off fluid flow; when opened, it allows unobstructed passage.

These valves use metal-to-metal sealing, suitable for on/off and throttling operations. With a simple structure for easy

maintenance, the rising stem design facilitates visual inspection of the valve's status, ensuring broad applications across

multiple industries.

 

Product Features
