structure, ensures reliable operation, and has extremely high shut-off performance, which is superior to

Product Features:

1. The actuator of the pneumatic gate valve has both direct and reverse acting functions, so the valve can

be operated in two modes: air-to-open and air-to-close. The gate valve adopts a unique metal-contact

structure, ensuring reliable operation and extremely high shut-off performance, which is superior to

conventional shut-off valves. The allowable leakage rate reaches 10⁻⁸ × KV. It has a wide range of

applications, with temperatures ranging from -196°C to 500°C, and pipe diameters as small as 40mm and

as large as 600mm.

The valve seats are available in three types: parallel, 60° V-notch, and 90° V-notch, adapting to the needs

of different application scenarios.

2. The valve body can be insulated with a jacket form, which is used in occasions where the medium is

prone to blockage, condensation, or coking after cooling.
