The ZY47F series adjustable differential pressure control valve is a hydraulic condition balancing valve that automatically maintains a constant pressure difference. The valve body is composed of a dual channel automatic regulating valve that can change flow resistance and a controller separated by a diaphragm into two independent chambers. One chamber is connected to the return water pipeline and is installed on the return water pipeline during use. The channel automatic regulating valve is an actuator, and its action power comes from the pressure difference change between the supply pressure P1 and the return pressure P2. The controller is a pressure difference comparator, whose pressure difference is selected based on the resistance of the controlled heating system, and the spring reaction force on the return water side is used to balance the pressure difference between the supply and return water. When some users of the controlled heating system adjust the room temperature. When the resistance increases or decreases, it will cause a change in the circulating flow rate until the pressure on both sides of the diaphragm is balanced, causing the controlled system to automatically adjust internally.
