Product introduction:


Bellows gate valves are primarily gate valves that use bellows as the stem sealing element. They are often used in scenarios with strict stem

sealing requirements, such as high-vacuum applications and nuclear industries. By replacing the packing函 (packing gland) in ordinary valves

with bellows or using them in combination with packing glands, these valves can achieve zero leakage at the stem, preventing the leakage of

radioactive materials or precious metals, or maintaining high vacuum. The bellows expand and contract with the rise and fall of the stem, and

their maximum working pressure depends on the pressure resistance and fatigue strength of the bellows. Bellows gate valves, also known as

bellows-sealed gate valves, form a metal barrier between the fluid medium and the atmosphere through automatic roll welding to ensure zero

stem leakage. The stem adopts a dual-sealing structure of bellows and packing to ensure leak-free sealing at the stem, making it particularly

suitable for pipelines conveying flammable, explosive, toxic, and valuable media. The bellows are made of stainless steel or Inconel materials,

with a reasonable structural design that is fatigue-resistant and has a long service life.

Product features:


1. The key component of the bellows globe valve is the metal bellows. The lower end is automatically roll-welded to the valve stem assembly,

and the upper end is automatically roll-welded to the connecting plate, forming a metal barrier between the fluid medium and the atmosphere

to ensure zero stem leakage.

2. The valve disc adopts a conical design, with the sealing surface streamlined to the medium, resulting in better sealing performance and

longer service life.

3. The dual-sealing design (bellows + packing) ensures that if the bellows fail, the valve stem packing will also prevent leakage, complying

with international sealing standards.

4. The valve cover is equipped with a built-in grease fitting, allowing direct lubrication of the valve stem, nut, and bushing. Traditional globe

valves can only lubricate the threads.

5. The ergonomic handwheel design offers longer service life, easy and convenient operation, and greater safety and reliability.
