Product Introduction

The Tri-eccentric metal hard-sealed butterfly valve features an integrated valve body and valve seat design, with the sealing surface overlay-welded using temperature-resistant and corrosion-resistant alloy materials. A multi-layer soft stacked sealing ring is fixed on the valve plate. Compared to traditional butterfly valves, this design offers superior high temperature resistance, effortless operation, and friction-free opening/closing. The sealing improves with increased torque during closing, enhancing performance and extending service life. Widely used in petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, and hydropower industries.

Product Features

The tri-eccentric hard-sealed structure minimizes wear between valve seat and butterfly plate, with sealing that tightens as it closes.
Stainless steel sealing ring combines metal hard sealing with elastic sealing advantages, offering excellent performance in both low and high temperatures, plus corrosion resistance and long service life.
Butterfly plate sealing surface is overlay-welded with hard alloy for superior wear resistance and durability.
Large-size butterfly plates feature a truss structure for high strength, maximum flow area, and minimal flow resistance.
Available with bidirectional sealing functionality, installable in any orientation without medium flow direction restrictions.
