Worm Gear Actuator Driven Ductile Iron Wafer Type Concentric Butterfly Valve

Concentric butterfly valve with soft seal is the preferred conventional butterfly valve for pipeline applications. This valve features simple structure, minimal flow resistance coefficient, near-straight flow characteristics, and is free of debris accumulation. It offers lightweight construction, easy installation, and requires minimal driving torque.

The concentric butterfly valve can be operated with various types of actuators according to user requirements, including manual, electric, pneumatic, or other forms. Worm gear operation provides easy handling and is the most common operational type. Different materials and seal rings are available to suit various media and working conditions, ensuring optimal cost-performance matching.

The soft seal butterfly valve is suitable for temperatures below 120°C and nominal pressures below 1.6 MPa. It is ideal for industries including water supply and drainage, sewage, food processing, heating, gas, shipping, hydro-power, metallurgy, energy systems, and textiles. Particularly suitable for two-way seal box valve bodies that are prone to rusting.
