Product Introduction

The ZDLM electronic electric sleeve regulating valve is composed of a straight stroke fully electronic electric actuator and a straight through low flow resistance balanced sleeve valve. It has a compact structure, light weight, sensitive action, S-shaped fluid channel, small pressure drop loss, large valve capacity, precise flow characteristics, and can directly receive control signals from regulating instruments (4-20mA DC, 0-10mA DC or 1-5V DC) and single-phase power supply to control operation, achieving automatic regulation and control of process pipeline fluid media. It is widely used for precise control of process parameters such as pressure, flow rate, temperature, liquid level, etc. of gas, liquid, steam and other media to maintain them at given values. It is a new generation of universal regulating valve products that comply with IEC standards.

Product Features

ZDLM electronic electric sleeve regulating valve is the execution unit of the instrument in the automation control system. It is powered by AC220V power supply voltage and receives current or voltage signals (4-20mA, 0-10mA or 1-5VDC) from DCS, PLC system or regulating instruments, operators, etc. to control the operation.
ZDLM electronic electric sleeve regulating valve can be divided according to its operating mode: Positive effect (Electric closed normally open type) and Reaction (Electric open normally closed type).
The ZDLM electronic electric sleeve regulating valve is a straight through sleeve cast spherical valve with a balanced valve core, which has low unbalanced force and stable operation. It is suitable for working environments with large pressure difference and slightly large leakage before and after the valve.
The straight through low flow resistance sleeve valve adopts a pressure balance cage valve core structure. The valve core is cylindrical, and a certain characteristic window hole is precisely machined. It is guided by the inner circle and top of the sleeve, so the unbalanced force on the valve stem is very small, the operation is stable, and the performance is good.
By changing the design of the valve core shape, different valve core window shapes will result in different flow characteristic values: equi percentage (logarithmic), linear.
