Product introduction:

Welding ball valve is an integral welding ball valve made of carbon steel seamless steel pipe, with a valve stem made of AISI303 stainless steel and a ball body made of AISI304 stainless steel. It is finely processed and ground, and has excellent sealing performance and corrosion resistance The sealing adopts carbon reinforced PTFE inclined elastic sealing ring with negative pressure on the spherical surface, achieving zero leakage and long service life. There are various connection methods for welding ball valves, such as welding, threading, flanges, etc., for users to choose from. The driving methods can adopt transmission structures such as handle, turbine, pneumatic, electric, etc. The switch is flexible and lightweight.

 

Welding ball valve is developed by absorbing foreign technology and combining it with the actual situation in China. It adopts an integrated welding process and replaces imports with domestic products to fill the domestic gap. Product features:

 

1. Welding ball valve body uses the all welded structure, there won’t be the phenomenon such as external leakage, the valve structure is more compact, easy installation.

2. Low operating torque: valve adopts has the self-lubricating backing PTFE metal collar, small friction torque, to ensure that the valve to operate under the condition of the low torque.

3. Double block and excretion function (DBB): both sides of the valve in the closed position and the ball under pressure at the same time, the body lumen of medium (water, gas or oil etc) from the drain valve discharge.

4. Double piston effect seat structure design: both sides of the seat under the action of pressure seal (double piston effect) double sealing seat design features, once the upstream seat is damaged and leakage, medium pressure on the downstream side into the valve cavity, the seat into the sphere close contact, can seal the downstream seat.
